On 5-6 September representatives of 19 African countries meet in Luanda to discuss NQF, RPL, CATS, Green Skills, Micro-credentials, Qualifications and Credentials Platform and launch the pilot phase of referencing to ACQF.

For the first time, the European Qualifications Framework (EQF) compared with the NQF of an African Country – Cabo Verde. Based on a participative process of 8 comparison meetings over 6 months, the report identified and analysed similarities and diversity and concluded that both qualifications frameworks are comparable. The report was presented to EQF Advisory Group in June 2023, and to a wider audience of African and European countries through a webinar in September 2023.

The ACQF QCP is designed to process, classify, compare, and visualise information on various qualifications across education and training sectors. It consists of interconnected databases, offering at minimum tools for analysis, classification, and visualisation.
